Colombia : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Acrylic Sheets Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 801/2020 of 4 November 2020 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain acrylic sheets classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 3920.51.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian Government issued Resolution No. 238/2020 to announce its preliminary determination that a provisional AD duty in the form of a minimum free on board (FOB) price of US$3.93 per kilogram will be imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of six months.
