Commercial Information Circular No. 882/2021
Brazil : Import Licences for Advanced Therapy Products
The National Health Agency ("Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária" in Portuguese/ANVISA) of Brazil announced that import licences for advanced therapy products classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3001.90.90, 3002.12.29, 3002.12.39 and 3002.90.92 may be requested through the on-line Solicita pilot application system in the Integrated Foreign Trade System (SISCOMEX).

1 The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
