Commercial Information Circular No. 829/2021

Peru : Expiration of Provisional Anti-dumping Duty on Certain Polyester and Cotton Fabrics Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 525/2021 of 22 July 2021 regarding the preliminary determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation against plain weave fabrics of polyester and cotton staple fibres, containing more than 50% of polyester by weight, unbleached, bleached or single-colour dyed, with a width of up to 1.80 metres and a weight ranging from 80 grams to 130 grams per square metre, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 5512.11.00.00, 5512.19.00.00, 5513.11.00.00 and 5513.21.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 244/2021 to announce the expiration of the provisional AD duty of US$2.08 per kilogram on the subject merchandise with effect from 23 September 2021.
