Argentina : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Parts of Motorcycles Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 326/2021 of 13 May 2021 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain parts used in motorcycles (including mopeds), including sprockets, crowns, pinions, chains and different sets of combinations, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8714.10.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 563/2021 announcing its termination of the subject AD investigation without imposing any AD measures.
