Brazil : Reapplication of Anti-dumping Duty on Certain PVC Resins Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Brazil issued Circular No. 255/2021 announcing the reapplication of the anti-dumping (AD) duty of 21.6% on certain polyvinyl chloride resins classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3904.10.10 originating in the Mainland of China.
