Mexico : Imposition of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Polyester Textured Yarn Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 304/2020 of 9 April 2020 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against polyester textured yarn classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 5402.33.01 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 29 September 2021 announcing its imposition of AD duty of US$0.532 per kilogram on the subject merchandise and decided not to apply the AD duty during the first year.
