Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Container Chassis from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 401/2021 of 16 June 2021, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced on 21 October 2021 the preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain container chassis from the Mainland of China. The estimated margins of dumping were in the range of 57.4% - 131.6%, whereas the estimated amounts of subsidy were in the range of 1.7% - 20.2%.
