Brazil : Conformity Assessments and Technical Requirements for Various Products

The National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO) of Brazil approved conformity assessments and/or technical requirements of various products including:

  1. Instruments intended to measure the volumetric fraction of certain components of the exhaust gases of motor vehicle engines
  2. Civil construction materials and equipment
  3. Standard weights
  4. Three-phase induction squirrel cage rotor electric motors
  5. Measuring instruments
  6. Pre-packaged products sold in units of length and number of units with equal nominal content
  7. Flow computers and volume converters
  8. Table, wall and pedestal fans and air circulators
  9. Pacifiers
  10. Toys
  11. Sound power of sound devices and similar products
  12. Centrifugal pumps
  13. Clinical glass thermometers
