Brazil : Amendments to An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain PET Films Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 587/2021 of 12 August 2021 regarding Brazil's renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order against certain PET films with thickness between 5 and 50 microns classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3920.62.19, 3920.62.91 and 3920.62.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution Nos. 226/2021 and 237/2021 to modify the list of excluded products and amend the AD measure from US$0.65 per kilogramme to US$654.95 per tonne. The measure remains suspended. The Brazilian Resolutions (in Portuguese) are available at:
