Commercial Information Circular No. 672/2021

Peru : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Slide Fasteners and Parts thereof Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 80/2021 of 2 February 2021 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against slide fasteners and parts thereof, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 9607.11.00.00, 9607.19.00.00 and 9607.20.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 205/2021 to announce its preliminary affirmative determination. Imports of the merchandise are subject to AD duty for a period of six months if their free on board (FOB) prices are lower than the FOB prices listed below:
