Brazil : Imposition of An Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Natural Gas Cylinders Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 468/2020 of 17 June 2020 regarding Brazil's initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against seamless alloy steel cylinders used for storage or transportation of compressed/vehicular natural gas classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7311.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 225/2021 to announce its determination to impose an anti-dumping (AD) duty order on imports of subject products originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of subject merchandise would be subject to an AD duty of US$0.00 to US$64.41 per unit for certain Mainland companies, while imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$64.41 per unit for a period of five years.
