Argentina : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Bicycles Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 165/2021 announcing its determination to renew the anti-dumping (AD) order on certain bicycles, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8712.00.10 originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of the merchandise are subject to an AD duty if its free on board (FOB) export price is below a minimum FOB export price ranging from US$32.00 to US$91.00 per unit. The AD Duty is equal to the difference between the merchandise FOB export price and the minimum FOB export price and is valid for a period of five years. Various parts and components of bicycles will face an AD duty if its free on board (FOB) export price is below a minimum FOB export price ranging from US$0.761 to US$24.714 per unit or US$5.106 to US$22.138 per pair.
