Commercial Information Circular No. 531/2021

Argentina : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Bicycle Tyres Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1235/2015 of 23 December 2015 regarding Argentina's amendment to the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on new pneumatic rubber bicycle tyres, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 4011.50.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 239/2021 to announce its determination to renew the AD duty order. Imports of the merchandise are subject to an AD duty if its free on board (FOB) export price is below a minimum FOB export price of US$7.03 per kilogram. The AD Duty is equal to the difference between the merchandise FOB export price and the minimum FOB export price and is valid for a period of five years.
