Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Container Chassis from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 10 June 2021 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain container chassis from the Mainland of China. The concerned goods are usually classified under the Harmonized System (HS) classification number 8716.39.30.90 and may be classified under the HS classification numbers 8706.00.90.90, 8716.39.90.90, 8716.40.00.00, 8716.80.20.90, 8716.90.30.00, 8716.90.99.10 and 8716.90.99.90.
