Argentina : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Centrifugal Pumps Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 410/2015 of 18 May 2015 regarding Argentina's final determination of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain centrifugal pumps, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 132/2021 to announce its determination to renew the AD duty order on non self-priming centrifugal pumps with a maximum flow between 100 l/min and 1 000 l/min and power between 0.1875 kW (0.25 HP) and 5.625 kW (7.5 HP), classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8413.70.80 and 8413.70.90 originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of the merchandise are subject to an AD duty ranging from US$90.7 to US$278.3 per unit for a period of five years.
