Brazil : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Adipic Acid Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Brazil issued Circular No. 185/2021 announcing its determination to renew the anti-dumping (AD) order on certain adipic acid classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 2917.12.10 originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of subject merchandise would continue to be subject to an AD duty of US$321.05 per tonne for a period of five years. The AD duty will not apply to adipic acid esters and diesters.
