Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Granular Expanded Polystyrene Originating in the Mainland of China
The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 86/2021 to announce its preliminary determination of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against granular expanded polystyrene classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3903.11.00 and 3903.11.20 originating in the Mainland of China. A provisional ad valorem AD duty at 7.4% of the free on board (FOB) price will be imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of six months.
