Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Parts of Motorcycles Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 854/2020 of 27 November 2020 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain parts used in motorcycles (including mopeds), including sprockets, crowns, pinions, chains and different sets of combinations, which are classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8714.10.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 97/2021 to announce its preliminary determination to continue the AD investigation without imposing any provisional AD measures.
