Colombia : Imposition of An Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Steel Line Pipes Originating in the Mainland of China

The Colombian Government issued Resolution No. 29/2021 to announce the imposition of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order against steel line pipes of a kind used for oil or gas pipelines, of circular section, with an outside diameter between 60.3 and 219.1 millimetres, seamless or welded, other than stainless steel, classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 7304.19.00.00 and 7306.19.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, which are respectively subject to AD duties of 35.9 percent or 33.13 percent for a period of three years.
