Brazil : Suspension of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Cast Iron Pipes Originating in the Mainland of China

The Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 113/2020 to announce its suspension of anti-dumping (AD) measures imposed on certain cast iron pipes classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7303.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China for a year. 1 The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
