Peru : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Polyester and Cotton Fabrics Originating in the Mainland of China

The Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 121/2020 to announce the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against plain weave fabrics of polyester and cotton staple fibres, containing more than 50% of polyester by weight, unbleached, bleached or single-colour dyed, with a width of up to 1.80 metres and a weight ranging from 80 grams to 130 grams per square metre, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 5512.11.00.00, 5512.19.00.00, 5513.11.00.00 and 5513.21.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China.
