Mexico : Imposition of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Flat-rolled Stainless Steel Products Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 9/2020 of 2 January 2020 regarding the preliminary affirmative determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain flat-rolled stainless steel products classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 7219.34.01, 7219.35.01 and 7220.20.02 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 1 October 2020 announcing its imposition of AD duty of US$0.63 per kilogram on the subject merchandise.
