Colombia : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Tubes Originating in the Mainland of China

The Colombian government issued Resolution No. 136/2020 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain seamless or welded steel tubes used in oil or gas pipelines, classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 7304.19.00.00 and 7306.19.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China. The subject products classified under HTSCO codes 7304.19.00.00 and 7306.19.00.00 are subject to AD duties of 35.90% and 33.13% respectively.
