Commercial Information Circular No. 838/2020

Argentina : Imposition of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Chemical Mixtures Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 168/2019 of 1 March 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against mixtures containing tetrafluoroethane and pentafluoroethane; and mixtures containing difluoromethane and pentafluoroethane, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3824.78.10 and 3824.78.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 422/2020 announcing its imposition of AD duties of 7% for mixtures containing tetrafluoroethane and pentafluoroethane; and 23% for mixtures containing difluoromethane and pentafluoroethane, for a period of five years.
