US : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Products from the Mainland of China : Opportunity to Request Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce (DoC) promulgated in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 1 September 2020 that interested parties may request administrative review of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on the following products from the Mainland of China for the following periods:

Requests for review should be submitted to DoC in writing not later than 30 September 2020. For details, please refer to the FR notice, which is available at https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2020-09-01/pdf/2020-19233.pdf.

2.For traders involved in the export of the subject products produced in Guangdong, please contact Li Xuefei, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Guangdong Department of Commerce at 8620 3881 6201.  The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to antidumping investigations against products of the Province.
