Argentina : Suspension of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Disposable Syringes Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 114/2020 announcing the suspension of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain disposable and sterile hypodermic plastic syringes, with or without needles, of a volume ranging from one cubic centimetre to 60 cubic centimetres, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 9018.31.11 and 9018.31.19 originating in the Mainland of China. The suspension will remain in effect for the duration of the state of public health emergency stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. 1 The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
