Brazil : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Pencils Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 794/2019 of 4 November 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain writing, drawing and/or colouring pencils, consisting of wood, thermoplastic resins or other materials, containing a graphite or colour mine, based on carbonates dyed by pigments or colourants, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9609.10.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Brazil issued Circular No. 12/2020 and Resolution No. 19/2020 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation without imposition of AD duties.
