Mexico : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Pencils Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 3 June 2020 announcing the renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order on pencils classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 9609.10.01 originating in the Mainland of China. The Chinese product is subject to an AD duty of US$0.0299 per piece for an additional five years. The Mexican Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: https://sidofqa.segob.gob.mx/notas/5594367.
