Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Bottle-type Hydraulic Jacks Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 839/2019 of 19 November 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against bottle-type hydraulic jacks with an integral pump and a load capacity of 1.5 to 20 tonnes under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 8425.42.02 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 4 June 2020 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duty of US$13.13 per unit.
