Commercial Information Circular No. 473/2020

Brazil : Suspension of Anti-dumping Duty Orders on Certain Disposable Syringes and Plastic Tubes for Blood Collection Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Brazil issued Resolution No. 23/2020 announcing the suspension of anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on (i) certain disposable plastic syringes, with or without needles, of a volume ranging from one milliliter to 20 milliliters, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 9018.31.11 and 9018.31.19; and (ii) certain plastic tubes for blood collection classified under Mercosur NCM codes 3822.00.90, 3926.90.40 and 9018.39.99 originating in the Mainland of China. The suspensions will be in place through 30 September 2020.
