Peru : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Poplin Fabric Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 150/2019 of 22 February 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against poplin fabric of plain weave polyester/cotton, containing more than 50% of polyester, with a width less than 1.80 metres and a weight ranging from 90 g/m2 to 200 g/m2, originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian government issued Resolution No. 1/2020 announcing its termination of the subject AD investigation without imposition of AD measures.
