Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Microwave Ovens Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 774/2019 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on microwave ovens of a capacity not exceeding 37 litres, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8516.50.00 originating in the Mainland of China. Chinese imports are subject to AD duties for an additional three years, if their free-on-board (FOB) price is below the minimum FOB price of US$74.40 per unit (for mechanical microwave ovens of a capacity not exceeding 37 litres); US$96.26 per unit (for digital microwave ovens of a capacity not exceeding 24 litres); or US$118.56 per unit (for digital microwave ovens of a capacity greater than 24 litres but not exceeding 37 litres).
