Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Machines and Apparatus for Arc Welding of Metals Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 698/2019 of 18 September 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against machines and apparatus for arc welding of metals, except for welding robots, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur¹) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8515.31.90 and 8515.39.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 1106/2019 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duty of 94.39% for a period of four months.
