Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Motors of the Kind Used in Washing Machines Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 693/2019 of 13 September 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain motors of the kind used in washing machines classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8501.10.29, 8501.10.30, 8501.20.00 and 8501.40.19 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 1113/2019 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duty of 41% for a period of six months.
