Brazil : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Garlic Originating in the Mainland of China

The Brazilian government issued Directive No. 4593/2019 to announce the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on fresh or refrigerated garlic classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 0703.20.10 and 0703.20.90 originating in the Mainland of China.  The Chinese products are subject to an AD duty of US$0.78 per kilogram for an additional five years.  The Brazilian Directive (in Portuguese) is available at:
