Brazil : Rescission of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Graphite Electrodes Originating in the Mainland of China

The Brazilian government issued Directive No. 2815/2019 to announce its determination to rescind the anti-dumping (AD) duty order imposed on graphite electrodes classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3801.10.00 and 8545.11.00 originating in the Mainland of China.  The Brazilian Directive (in Portuguese) is available at:
