Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Wind Towers Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 301/2019 of 23 April 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against wind towers under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 8502.31.01 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 27 December 2019 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duties of 41.22% - 143.06%.
