Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Certain Flat-rolled Stainless Steel Products Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 273/2019 of 10 April 2019 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain flat-rolled stainless steel products under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 7219.34.01, 7219.35.01 and 7220.20.02 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 21 November 2019 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duties of 88.42% - 121.46%.
