Canada: Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Copper Pipe Fittings from the Mainland of China: Re-investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 31 January 2019 announcing the initiation of a re-investigation, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), of the normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy respecting certain copper pipe fittings originating in or exported from, among others, the Mainland of China.
2. The re-investigation is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's finding of material injury made on 28 November 2016. The information collected during this re-investigation will be used to determine updated normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy for future shipments in accordance with SIMA. The subject goods are usually classified under HS codes 7412.10.00.11, 7412.10.00.19, 7412.10.00.90, 7412.20.00.11, 7412.20.00.12, 7412.20.00.19 and 7412.20.00.90.
