Peru : Revocation of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Slide Fasteners and Parts Thereof Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 400/2018 of 26 April 2018 regarding the final determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against slide fasteners and parts thereof  classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 9607.11.0000, 9607.19.0000 and 9607.20.0000 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian government issued Resolution No. 111/2019 announcing its revocation of the AD duty order imposed on imports from certain companies.  The retroactive application of the AD duty for the period of 1 June through 16 August 2017 has also been reversed.  The relevant Peruvian Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: https://elperuano.pe/NormasElperuano/2019/07/21/1790618-1/1790618-1.htm.
