Mexico : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Bottle-type Hydraulic Jacks Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 1 November 2019 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against bottle-type hydraulic jacks with an integral pump and a load capacity of 1.5 to 20 tonnes under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 8425.42.02 originating in the Mainland of China.  The Mexican Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: http://dof.gob.mx/nota_detalle.php?codigo=5577577&fecha=01/11/2019.
