Brazil : Amendments on Terms of Price Agreement for Certain Citric Acid and Citrate Salts Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 645/2019 of 26 August 2019 regarding the amendments on terms of price agreement of certain citric acid and citrate salts classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 2918.14.00 and 2918.15.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Brazil issued Circular No. 47/2019 announcing that imports of subject merchandise from certain companies are subject to a minimum insurance and freight (CIF) price of US$1,095.32 per tonne with effect from 19 August 2019.
