Commercial Information Circular No. 787/2019

Brazil : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Rolls for Rolling Mills Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 964/2018 of 26 October 2018 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain rolls for cast iron or steel rolling mills classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8455.30.10 and 8455.30.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian government issued Circular No. 38/2019 announcing its termination of the subject AD investigation without imposition of AD measures.  The relevant Brazilian Circular (in Portuguese) is available at:
