Commercial Information Circular No. 711/2019

Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Vacuum Cleaners Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1031/2017 of 21 November 2017 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain vacuum cleaners with a self-contained electric motor, with a power of 2,500 watts or lower and a dust bag capacity no higher than 35 liters, except automated vacuum cleaners,  classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8508.11.00 and 8508.19.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 42/2019 announcing its final negative determination of the AD investigation without any AD measures imposed.  The relevant Argentine Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: http://servicios.infoleg.gob.ar/infolegInternet/anexos/320000-324999/322343/norma.htm.
