Argentina : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Spray Apparatus and Liquid Product Dispensers Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 39/2019 to announce the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain spray apparatus consisting of a push button, nozzle, piston, spring and sealing gasket, assembled on a metal or plastic body, of the kind used to be mounted on the neck of containers, to project liquids or powder, as well as dispensers of liquid hygiene or toilet products consisting of a push button and plunger mechanism for pumping, of the kind used to be mounted on the neck of containers, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8424.89.90 and 8479.89.99 originating in the Mainland of China.  The relevant Argentine Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: http://servicios.infoleg.gob.ar/infolegInternet/anexos/320000-324999/322220/norma.htm.
