Peru : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Footwear Originating in the Mainland of China

The Peruvian government issued Resolution No. 283/2018 to announce the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order on footwear (except sandals and flip flops) with uppers of rubber, plastics, or natural leather, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 6402.19.00.00, 6402.20.00.00, 6402.91.00.00, 6402.99.90.00, 6403.91.90.00, 6403.99.90.00 and 6405.10.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, for a period of five years.
