Argentina : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order against Certain Vacuum Flasks Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 243/2019 announcing the renewal of anti-dumping (AD) duty order against vacuum flasks and other vessels, either with stainless steel inners of a capacity not exceeding 2.5 litres or with glass inners of a capacity up to 2.5 liters, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9617.00.10 originating in the Mainland of China for additional five years. Chinese imports are subject to AD duties, if their FOB price is below the minimum FOB price of US$15 per kilogram (for subject goods with stainless steel inners) or US$4.82 per unit (for subject goods with glass inners).
