Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Carbon Steel Fasteners from the Mainland of China: Re-investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 3 April 2019 announcing the initiation of a re-investigation, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), of the normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy respecting certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from, among others, the Mainland of China.
2.The re-investigation is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's order made on 5 January 2015. The information collected during this re-investigation will be used to determine updated normal values, export prices and amounts of subsidy for future shipments in accordance with SIMA. The subject goods are usually classified under HS codes 7318.11.00.00, 7318.12.00.00, 7318.14.00.00, 7318.15.00.10, 7318.15.00.42, 7318.15.00.45 and 7318.15.00.49.
