Argentina : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Aluminium Foil Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine government issued Resolution No. 17/2019 to announce the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against aluminium foil, not backed, rolled but not further worked; with a thickness ranging between 0.006mm to 0.2mm, a width no greater than 1,300mm and at least 99.2% of aluminium content (other than smooth foil) by weight and a thickness no greater than 6mm, in reels of a width no greater than 500mm, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7607.11.90 originating in the Mainland of China.
