Peru : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Poplin Fabric Originating in the Mainland of China

The Peruvian government issued Resolution No. 12/2019 to announce the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against poplin fabric of plain weave polyester/cotton, containing more than 50% of polyester, with a width less than 1.80 metres and a weight ranging from 90 g/m2 to 200 g/m2, originating in the Mainland of China. Specific Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule codes covered by the subject investigation have not been announced.
